To ensure this, please make sure to pack your locks correctly in their original packaging. Follow these steps and your locks should arrive safely and you will be entitled to your full refund. 

This is what you should have packed in your box before sending it back.

4 modules, 4 locking cylinders, butyl putty, an adaptor, a hex key, 2 sets of keys and a key card.

Attach the locking rings or threaded joints to the back of the lock.

In the bottom layer, place the locks facing down.

Place the protective layer over the locks

Place the two remaining modules in the upper layer, outside facing up. 

Place locking cylinders, keys and tool in the separate box. 

Place the box with the locking cylinders, keys and tool next to the top layer in the box and close the box.

Turn the box around and place the Return label we have sent you on the back. Tape around the parameters of the box (you can also use the same paper bag you originally received with your locks).

CAUTION:
Use of an oversized box will result in an incomplete refund (10 % or more). The locks must be in the same condition that you received them in, we don’t accept damaged products in return.
