What is in your box
In your box you will find 4 modules, 4 locking cylinders, butyl putty, an adaptor, a hex key, 2 sets of keys and a key card. Lay them out in the boot of your car to ensure a smooth and easy installation.
Pick up the putty
Remove center cap
Remove center cap with butyl putty. Caution be careful not to ruin the protruding emblem.
Pick up the retention ring
Insert retension ring
Insert locking ring at an angle with edge with the arrow mark first towards the lug.
Pick up the module
Install the module
Install the module with cut aligned towards the same lug.
Pick up the adaptor and hex key
Tighten centre bolt
Engage the centre bolt and tighten firmly using adaptor and hex key. You should require at least 3 full turns.
Don’t use impact wrench.
Min torque 35-40 Mm/25-30 ft-lb
Re-torque after 100km/60 miles
Pick up the cylinder lock

Insert the cylinder
Insert the cylinder lock with the key, turned to locked position and remove key.
Pick up the centre cap

Re fit the center cap
Re fit the center cap. Snap your centre cap back onto the Rimgard lock.

Remove the centre cap by placing the remover in the cut and pushing it up.

Reminder NOTES
Store Hex key and adaptor in your vehicle. We recommend keeping it in the box you received your locks in.
Keep one key with your car key incase of an immediate need to remove the locks.
spare key and key card to be kept in a safe space away from the vehicle.
