Prices and payments
Each product has an indicated price including VAT for EU countries and excluding VAT for non-EU countries. In the cart, you will be able to see the total price including, tax, delivery costs, and payment costs. (Please note that local import duties, and/or taxes outside of the EU may apply on top of this). The terms of payment will be indicated in the cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms will be indicated in the cart depending on the choice of shipping method.
Warranties and service
Rimgard comes with a 3-year warranty, similar to Swedish consumer protection laws. We also offer a 30-day return policy, no questions asked. All we need is that you are able to show the receipt and that the product is returned in full, including keys and key card, without damage.
When you place an order with us you will provide your personal details. In conjunction with your registration and order, you accept that we store and use your details in our business to complete the agreement with you. According to the GDPR laws you have the right to access the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you can demand the information is corrected or removed. If this is the case you may contact us at email@example.com.
The delivery time will be specified in the cart under each delivery method respectively. If a product has a deviating delivery time it will be specified for each product respectively. We ship worldwide.
Parcels that are not picked up
Parcels that are not picked up will be returned to us. For all parcels that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping as well as any service and handling fees. At the moment this is estimated at 450 SEK within Sweden, €50 within the EU and $55 for the rest of the world.
You have the right to return a product or exchange it for another one during a period of 30 days. The 30-day period starts the same day that you receive the product, or a substantial part of it. However, if the order relates to a specially manufactured product - or one that has a distinct personal touch to it, the return policy is no longer valid.
When you have utilized your right to return:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it until it is returned. You may not use it, but of course, you may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged in any way or lost because of inattentiveness you lose the right to return.
Returns are made at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have made a mistake when packing the product. Returns shall be sent as letters or parcels, not via a ‘cash on delivery’ service. During exchanges, we will cover the new delivery cost from us to you. When you have made use of your right to return you shall send or return the product to us according to the instructions that came with the product.
We shall, if you decide to make use of our return policy, reimburse what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or the latest within 30 days from when we receive the product in return. You will yourself cover the shipping costs when you return the product. We always cover the costs of return should you need a replacement product.
